Consulting and strategy work
Strategy sessions, audits, planning retainers, and any work already performed are non-refundable once the engagement has started.
Project-based services
For websites, branding, SEO, ad setup, and similar scoped work, payments made against completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is paused or cancelled, work completed up to that stage remains billable.
Monthly retainers
Retainer fees cover reserved team capacity, planning, execution, and reporting. Fees already billed for an active period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advertising budgets and third-party fees
Media spend, software subscriptions, platform charges, payment gateway fees, and third-party expenses are not refundable by TNS Tech Nova Solution.
Exceptional cases
If a refund request is reviewed, the outcome depends on scope status, completed deliverables, and any signed commercial agreement. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeline.
